Exclusive negotiation
Meliora Escapes negotiates the full buyout terms directly with the resort's ownership and sales leadership. This includes pricing, inclusions, exclusivity scope, staff arrangements, and any bespoke infrastructure requirements.
Contract and holding
Once terms are agreed, the buyout contract is executed and the resort is removed from public availability. A holding deposit confirms exclusivity. All subsequent guest villa allocations are coordinated through Meliora Escapes.
Programme design
Working with the resort's operations team and any external suppliers you require, Meliora Escapes coordinates the full programme. Arrival logistics, dining menus, experience schedules, entertainment, and any specialist staffing or security are all managed from one point.
On-ground coordination
