The practical challenge of any Umrah group is not the booking, it is the logistics of moving 30 or 60 people between hotel and Haram five times a day. Groups scattered across separate hotels lose time and lose each other. Inside the Clock Tower complex the whole group shares the same covered access to Masjid al-Haram, the same prayer-time rhythm and the same meeting points. Elders are minutes from the mosque, not a coach ride away, and nobody waits outside in the heat.
We keep the group inside one hotel wherever possible, request clustered rooms and adjacent floors, and where a very large group needs two properties, both remain inside the same complex.

How a group booking works, start to finish
You message us one line with rooms, dates and departure country. We come back with live options across the Clock Tower hotels and group terms for your date window. Once you choose, you send one rooming list, we confirm the block, and every change from that point runs through your named consultant on WhatsApp until the final manifest. On arrival day we coordinate staggered check-in with the hotel so a large group is not queuing in the lobby after a night flight.
Organiser terms are curated per group. Tell us the size of your group when you enquire and we will set them out clearly in your quote.
